 Nicole Tripputi is a senior strategic advisor and former U.S. Air Force contracting officer with more than 25 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense, federal civilian agencies, and industry. She brings deep expertise across the acquisition lifecycle, including requirement development, procurement strategy, contract execution, and program delivery.

Nicole has extensive experience with SBIR acquisition pathways, including SBIR Phase III transition planning, sole-source execution, and the integration of innovative commercial technologies into operational government programs. Her background spans major weapon systems, contingency operations, commodities, and enterprise-level programs, with experience across both traditional FAR-based acquisitions and alternative contracting approaches.

Drawing on her experience as a warranted contracting officer and program advisor, Nicole provides a perspective that bridges government and industry. She specializes in helping companies align solutions with validated requirements, structure compliant acquisition strategies, and engage government stakeholders in ways that accelerate award while minimizing risk.

Chris Tripputi is a creative strategist and design leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations clarify their message, strengthen their brand, and communicate with purpose. He brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to visual identity, storytelling, and design systems that enable businesses to stand out in competitive markets.

Chris has extensive experience across brand development, rebranding, and digital and print design, partnering with organizations to translate vision into cohesive, high-impact creative assets. His work spans a wide range of industries, with a focus on building brands that are both visually compelling and strategically aligned with business objectives.

Chris blends creative execution with strategic insight. His background allows him to bridge creativity and strategy, ensuring design decisions are grounded in clarity, purpose, and long-term value.

Drawing on his experience as a creative director and advisor, Chris helps organizations communicate with confidence, consistency, and authenticity—equipping teams with the tools and visuals they need to make a lasting impression.

Jessica Steinhoff is a seasoned Director of Operations and government contracting expert with over 25 years of experience in defense acquisition, innovation strategy, and startup development. A retired U.S. Air Force contracting officer, she held senior roles in acquisition innovation and mission-critical contracting, including supporting AFWERX, Pilot Training Next, and U.S. Special Operations in Afghanistan. She was instrumental in accelerating the Air Force SBIR program, helping deliver $100M+ in small business awards in under six months. Jessica brings mission-driven leadership, operational precision, and a deep commitment to empowering public and private sector innovators.

Michelle McCann brings over two decades of operational excellence to the team, with deep expertise in compliance, government contracting, system administration, and workflow optimization. With a proven track record in both startup and tech environments, Michelle has led the development of scalable systems, automated internal processes, and managed mission-critical compliance protocols across departments.

Her accomplishments include navigating and mastering a wide range of government systems, and successfully submitting over 800 government proposals on behalf of more than 200 tech companies. Michelle also excels in coordinating cross-functional teams, building standard operating procedures, and integrating tools like Microsoft Planner, HubSpot, and PandaDoc for streamlined business operations.

Michelle’s work reflects a rare blend of technical fluency and operational foresight, making her an invaluable leader in both day-to-day coordination and long-term strategic initiatives.
